In this phase, our SIA team develops a material handling solution that supports all of your needs identified in the Needs Analysis phase. We develop a plan that starts with observing your current workflow, uncovering inefficiencies and ongoing challenges. With that information, we explore potential solutions to meet your goals by evaluating conceptual alternatives, comparing benefits, and identifying and designing the solution for your future system.
The next step is where our project engineering team outlines and executes the solution with a timeline and investment cost. Concepts are detailed, equipment is selected, and project schedules are organized. This includes selecting the appropriate hardware and software to implement the final system. Our project engineering team designs the external system and selects the proper conveyors, while the control engineering team designs the internal system, including control algorithms and software to ensure the most efficient material handling system.
Our SIA team manages and oversees the entire project from concept through implementation. This involves supervising every step, including design approvals, purchasing, subcontracting, installation, integration of subsystems and peripheral equipment, system commissioning, training, and final customer acceptance.
